- Weight Loss Fail!
While some have very little problems in losing weight, others never seem to be able to succeed in their weight loss efforts.
What is the main difference between those who are able to easily succeed in their weight loss as opposed to those who constantly fail to be able to lose weight?
No matter how hard that you look at the problem weight loss always boils down to a simple equation. The calories consumed must be less than the calories burnt so that your body is forced to use fat reserves to make up the shortfall.
In most cases those who are successful in their weight loss are totally motivated and have grasped this concept and use it to their advantage while those who fail time and time again lack motivation and fail to use the concept to their advantage.
Reducing Calorie intake!
Reducing calorie intake does not mean that you have to go on a strict diet. In fact it is quite possible, with a little bit of sense, to actually eat more while still reducing your calorie intake. Simply by cutting some of those high fat and high sugar items out of your daily routine could result in such a huge calorie cut that you would be surprised.
When looking at a popular soft drink we found that one 500ml bottle contained almost half of the recommended daily calorie allowance for a woman. Avoid these fattening sugar laden drinks and try drinking some plain water instead. You will be surprised at how good it tastes once you are used to it.
Reducing intake of fats by trimming fat off meat and reducing the intake of fried foods not only goes a long way to cutting calories but calories from fat is often more difficult for your body to process and so it is rather stored on the hips as reserve.
Fast foods are fat foods and are simply not the way to lose weight. Try to reduce your intake of fast foods and rather replace them with other healthier alternatives.
Increase Calories Burnt.
Increasing your calorie burn off does not mean that you have to join a gym and do aerobics. Simply by increasing your daily activities such as walking and housework you will be burning off more calories. While these activities in themselves do not really burn that much calories, they do stimulate new cell creation which is one of the highest energy uses in your body.
Remember too that calorie usage is cumulative so walking 10 minutes 6 times a day is almost the same as walking once for an hour.
Get some motivation
A huge fail factor in weight loss is the
lack of motivation. I know some people who even go as far as buying
diet pills and then never even have the motivation to take them.
Diet pills such as
Phen375 usually cost a fair penny and are a great help in the road to weight loss. If you take the trouble to buy them then use them to their best advantage. They really do make a
huge difference!
Other great motivators are getting a friend to join you in your weight loss – maybe even having a friendly wager as to who will lose the most. Go out and buy some great new clothes that are just a little too tight or even some sexy
lingerie that you always wanted. Keep these items where you see them daily and this will help you to stay motivated during your weight loss efforts.
Conclusion.
Anybody can lose weight unless there is a serious medical problem which prevents you. The big secret is to be totally determined and motivated. Without motivation you are almost always doomed to fail.
