In case you missed my first posts let me give you a little background to the Phen375 14 day challenge.

What happens if you are not interested in restricting calorie intake  and embarking on an exercise program – will you still lose weight? 

I decided to put Phen375 to the test personally. I am a 51 year old man who battles with belly fat. However I do like my life the way that it is and will not willingly embark on any exercise programs or diet just to lose weight.

I came up with the idea of a 14 day challenge where I would use Phen375 fat burner diet pills for 14 days without willingly changing any other part of my life,  and monitor my experiences and any weight loss.

Day 3

As I mentioned in my previous account, I was worried whether I would be able to sleep on night 2. I had been up very early (3.00am) and had continued to work straight through to after 9.00pm and I just was not tired.  The fat burner pills had really boosted my energy levels and kept me going at full speed.

I needn’t have worried because the minute my head hit the pillow I was out. I probably slept better and deeper than I have for a long time.

Woke up at 4.00am on day 3 (Saturday). Again I woke up feeling alert and totally refreshed. Took my tablets for the morning as usual and carried on with my normal activity but was so full of energy. My wife even ended up asking if I had become hyperactive!

Again I noticed that I consumed a whole lot less coffee than I would normally.  We decided to spend the afternoon at the mall looking around. Usually this would lead to us eating some of our favourite foods at the mall.  However yesterday was totally different. We walked straight past most of our usual snacking spots.

Why! I was just not hungry at all. I was not even slightly peckish.

In total, I probably ate less in the full day than I would normally eat in just one meal. Before I embarked on the 14 challenge I had resolved that I would not willingly try to eat less to reduce weight. If I feel hungry I will eat, but I am just not getting hungry.

Again I pushed through a full day going to bed at around 10.00pm and again I slept like a baby right through to 4.00 am the next day. Some people have remarked how fat burners affect their sleeping but I am finding that I am sleeping better.

What about Weight loss.

As this is only day 3 it is still a little early to jump on the scale and shout out to the world that I have lost “X” pounds or kilograms. I do suspect that I have already lost a reasonable amount of weight but I will only publish my actual weight loss  at the end of the first 7 days of the 14 day challenge.

I am John and I have a problem with belly fat.  Ever since I was young I have always had a paunch and anything that I eat generally goes straight to my belly. It is a general problem that does run in the family.

My current weight is 191 pounds. I feel more comfortable at a weight of 180 pounds.

This is the challenge that I decided to complete. I am going to use Phen375 for 14 days. I like my life as it is and so I decided that apart from the use of the fat burner pill, I would not willingly change either my diet or my exercise routine (or lack thereof).

Day 1 (11/11/2010)

Took my tablets as directed – 1 tablet 20 minutes before breakfast with water and 1 tablet 20 minutes before lunch with water.  I will warn you to be prepared to swallow the tablet quickly. It dissolves fast in your mouth and leaves quite a bitter taste. 

I must say that I seem to be a little light headed - probably due to the stimulant effect of the pill combined with my normal high caffeine intake from coffee.

I noticed that in the morning I did have lots of energy, but this did seem to fade in the afternoon and eventually I ended up becoming quite tired. I was a little disappointed as the tablets were supposed to increase energy levels.

Day 2

Woke up at 3.00 am fresh and alert. It is not unusual for me to be awake so early as I normally do rise to an early start. However I was unusually alert for that time of day.

Took my tablets as instructed. I noticed a couple of distinct things through the day:-

1) I was full of energy with no light headiness that I experienced on the first day.

2) My coffee intake dropped considerably. I did not try to drink less coffee but rather did not feel like drinking so much coffee.

3) I ate very little through the day simply because I did not feel hungry at all.

4) I continued to work through to 9.00 pm without tiring, even though I had started at 3.00am.

I must say that at only day 2 of my 14 day Phen375 challenge, I am quite impressed with the  increase in energy and the definite drop in my appetite and coffee intake. The initial tiredness that I experienced on day 1 was probably due to my system adjusting to the fat burner diet pill.

I do worry if I am going to be able to sleep ok as I am still so alert. Usually after an early morning like today I would already be tired out  and fast asleep.
