Yes and No! Straight down to the point is that sex is a form of calorie burning and so the act of sex helps your body to burn off calories and therefore technically you should lose weight.

Sex can make you fat.

If sex involves burning off of calories then how is it possible that sex can make you get fat? Sex goes far deeper than just a casual fling in the night and as a deeper emotion, sex and more importantly, how the sex is performed may very well determine if you are going to gain weight or lose weight.

I have studied people for many years and even as a young teenager I always loved to study people and their lifestyles. One thing that I noticed very often was that beautiful young and sexy girls would start to enter into casual sexual relationships and sometime become what can be termed as a sexually active with a variety of partners. The trend that amazed me was that often these very girls would soon start to pick up weight and get a little chubby and even quite obese. There is also the opposite reaction where the person may be thrown into anorexia or bulimia instead of gaining weight and becoming obese.

Further studies into deeper sexual deviations brought out some more interesting facts. I could not help but notice that the deeper that the people dived into sexual deviations, the fatter the average people became. This trend was mainly found in women and I am not talking about models that are paid to pose for magazines and porno sites, but rather those who have been caught up in these sexual deviations.

The real worst that I have noticed is found in the women involved in the demeaning fantasies of BDSM. Most of these women, who are often paired up with sadist or disciplinarean men, are plain fat.

Is the connection between weight and sexual deviation just a coincidence?

No. Dr Frank Smoot has confirmed many of my personal findings in the relationship between self esteem and weight gain. You see, there is a distinct relationship between how you view yourself and how much weight you gain or lose. When your self esteem is high, your weight is low, and when your self esteem is low, your weight is high.

When you start to become sexually immoral or start to perform sexual deviations, you start to lose your self respect. As soon as you start to lose self respect, your weight starts to show. it does not matter how many calories that you burn in sex or how many times that you have sex, or even how much you diet, you will gain weight when you lose your self respect.

The above shows clearly just why the young girls would gain weight after becoming sexually active and why many of those involved in deeper sexual deviations such as BDSM, are overweight no matter how many diets they go on.

There is only one way that you can successfully and permanently lose weight that is gained as a result of loss of self respect. By the way, low self esteem is not only caused by sexual deviations, but can be caused by a huge spectrum of factors that are either in or out of your personal control.

Regaining self esteem and losing weight.

It is possible to reverse the process and to start to regain your self esteem. As soon as your self esteem starts to improve, your weight will start to go down.

Dr Frank Smoot, who also recognised the relationship between self esteem and weight issues, designed a course that enables you to get down to the root of your problem that is causing your low self esteem, and to correctly address the issues, enabling you to get back onto track and increase your self esteem.

Did I mention that emotional eating is one of the prime causes of weight gain and that there is no diet or diet supplement that can effectively treat and cure weight gain as a result of emotional eating. That is of course with the exception of Dr Frank’s incredible weight loss course that has proven time and time again that it not only cures and removes the emotional problems, but that the people start to lose weight easily without dieting and the weight does not return.

Weight Gain from emotional eating and low self esteem is destroying you and should be halted forever. You will feel more confident and happy about yourself and the weight will simpy start to go away and never come back.

Try Dr Frank’s Weight Loss Course today.

What is the link between weight problems and self esteem? Self esteem and weight issues are totally linked together and the best is to see them in the light of a balancing scale. On the one side is self esteem and the other side is weight problems.

When self esteem is low, then weight issues are high and generally weight gain is experienced. However when self esteem is high, then weight issues become low and weight loss is experienced. This is part and parcel of the “X” factor that I have previously written about, which accounts for a massive 65% of weight lost.

Controlling your self esteem is not as simple as going on a diet as it deals with many deep seeded emotional feelings and what I call stinking thinking. Stinking thinking are all those thoughts that you have in your head about yourself which you believe with all your mind and soul, and yet which have no truth in them. These may be thoughts such as ” I deserve to be fat” etc. I am not going to go into these thoughts right now, simply because there are too many thoughts and beliefs to be able to address in a short article such as this.

How do I improve my low self esteem to lose weight?

There are many real and imaginary factors that can contribute to low self esteem. Some of the very real problems that are often encountered and which often cause people to seek refuge in food are :-

1) Physical appearance. This can be attributed to many factors amongst which are items such as, I am not pretty or handsome, hair issues, too short or too tall etc. Mostly these fall into the stinking thinking category, except for where hair loss is experienced, as this treatable condition can have very damaging effects on self esteem. Believe it or not, in men, penis size and performance issues are a major contributor to low self esteem and contribute to a large proportion of realtionship breakdowns, without the actual problem of penis size or performance anxiety ever being revealed or identified. Many of the instances where women describe how the husband backs away from any physical contact and she feels that the husband does not love her any more, are directly related to low self image and performance anxiety in the man, and have nothing to do with how the man feels about his wife. Breast size issues and body selfconciousness in women have the same effect.

2) Relationship problems. Where there is constant emotional abuse in a relationship, things are pretty much guaranteed to get bigger. Emotional abuse is something totally unacceptable, but which many people endure. It is possible to break free from emotional abuse and yet remain in a relationship, simply by leveraging and regaining your sense of self esteem.

3) Feeling unloved. Love is ultimately what makes the world go round, and the feeling of being unloved creates the same emotional effect as a pot plant that never gets water – it shrivels and dies. When you feel that you are not loved, you start to die emotionally and turn to food for comfort.

Above are just a few of the hundreds of founded or unfounded causes of low self esteem. Although there are hundreds of causes of low self esteem, there are just a few symptoms that start to show, of which weight gain is one of the most predominant. Generally when we feel low, we automatically turn to food to pacify ourselves and hence we start to gain weight.

Weight gain from low self esteem can be treated easily by addressing the emotional problem that is causing the distress. As soon as you remove the emotional problem, there is no longer a need to turn to excess eating to pacify yourself, and automatically you start to lose weight – effortlessly and permanently.

As a good example, and due to the fact that 95% of the readers of this blog are female, I am going to use the image of a man who has a small penis, or the feeling that he has a small penis. The man at some stage gets a notion into his head that he has a smaller than average penis. This can either be fact or as is mostly the case, an unfounded thought due to him comparing himself with pornographic images of super endowed studs.

The man now has the idea in his head that he is not worthy of his partner and is indeed short changing his partner in the area of sexual satisfaction. Questions will start to arise after like “Did you enjoy”, or “Was it good for you”, etc and soon there will start to be a decline in the frequency of physical contact and sexual relations. At this stage the man has already got the thought into his head that he is not sufficient to fulfill your needs and no matter what you say to him, you will be unable to convince him to think otherwise. The man will start to withdraw totally and often begins to gain weight due to excessive eating to pacify himself. The woman on the other hand, starts to feel as if the husband no longer loves her and often due to this emotional stress, the woman starts to also turn to food and gain weight.

If the husband is able to recognise that the problem is related to penis size, and instead of running away from the problem, takes some action to increase the size of his penis, then suddenly as soon as he does experience even a small amount of gains in penis size, he has a tremendous lift in his own self esteem, the overeating stops, he loses weight, falls in love with his wife again, sexual relationships are restored with his new found toy becoming active again, the wife feels loved and so also starts to lose weight.

The above is merely one small example of just how devastating low self image can be to a person and how it causes weight gain. However, there are so many causes of low self esteem and women tend to be far more complicated than men, who primarily base their lives around sex and their penis.

In order to really get down to your individual case of low self image and weight gain due to emotional disorders, I am going to suggest that you look at the only program that I know of that succesfully treats the emotional side or “X” factor of weight loss. Dr Frank Smoot is a weight trainer who identified the link between weight gain and emotional problems, and thereafter developed an online home study course which has since helped thousands of people worldwide to remove the emotional problems and then successfully and permanently lose weight.

The above course will change your life forever, leaving you confident and self assured.
