A few months ago my daughter aged 24 years, married with one beautiful daughter aged 4, approached me for advice concerning her weight which was troubling her.  My daughter, Candice, had recently started to recover after having been anorexic and bulimic for the last few years.  Candice expressed that her weight was worrying her big time and that she feared that if she dieted that she would slip straight back into her anorexic ways and would be back where she began.

I recognised that she had put on weight but was not overweight at all. In fact she still had a figure that many would kill for, but being an ex anorexic, there was the danger of her experiencing a relapse if the weight gain continued. I eventually recommended to her that she sign up for the Weight loss God’s Way course by Dr Frank Smoot, which she did. A few weeks later an ecstatic Candy came back to me with the opening words, ” I don’t know what has happened, I have just been reading Dr Frank’s course, no dieting or anything else and I am down by 5 kg’s already.”
